The Plan

I have returned from the grocery store. They did not have wonton wrappers. I instead purchased spring roll wrappers. I will see how that turns out.
My course of action for the stuffing is to make a ricotta and queso fresco blend. I was going to use cotija but they only had one giant five dollar bag at the store. Also I have purchased some frozen spinach to use in the cheese blend. For the sauce i want to do a lemon burre blanc with poblano. I purchased some smoked spanish style chorizo and that will be plated with the ravioli.
That is my plan I will post later how it came out and a full recipie.

Today's Menu

Well Ladies and Gentlemen today I am looking forward to dinner time. I haven't quite decided what I will be making. I have a jar of ricotta cheese in my fridge just staring back at me so I believe I will make some cheese ravioli. Have i ever made this before? No but my plan for action will be to find some frozen spinach to mix with the ricotta as well as some wonton wrappers to use for the pasta. This is because I saw a recipe the other day that used wonton wrappers as pasta for ravioli and today is not the day for me to try to make fresh pasta.
     So my course of action will be to pay my phone bill and see what cheap yummy dinner can be made after that. Wish me luck and I will post the results later.
